We are currently only accepting requests through May 10, 2026.  Please be sure to check our Scheduling Periods page for information about when we accept requests.  

We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis. 

  • Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.  Requests for Fall 2025 will be accepted starting on Friday, August 1
  • Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.  Requests for Spring 2026 will be accepted starting on Monday, November 3

Not all events incur charges. If the event does incur charges, clients will be billed after the event and will have the opportunity to review and change fund/account numbers before being charged.
