We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis. 

  • Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.  Requests for Fall 2025 will be accepted starting on Friday, August 1
  • Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.  Requests for Spring 2026 will be accepted starting on Monday, November 3

Not all events incur charges. If the event does incur charges, clients will be billed after the event and will have the opportunity to review and change fund/account numbers before being charged.
